At Dhruwo Cabs, we aim to provide our customers with reliable and convenient cab and bike services. We understand that plans can change, and we have created a clear Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both customers and partners.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
- Customers can cancel their booking by contacting our customer support or through the booking confirmation link, if applicable.
- Cancellation Timeframes:
- More than 2 hours before pickup: No cancellation charge.
- Within 2 hours of pickup: A cancellation charge may apply, depending on the distance and vehicle assigned.
- Driver/Partner-Initiated Cancellations:
- If a driver cancels the booking after accepting it, Dhruwo Cabs will make every effort to assign another driver promptly.
- Customers will not be charged for cancellations initiated by drivers.
- No Show:
- If the customer is unreachable or not available at the pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a “No Show” and cancellation charges may apply.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Full refund if the booking is canceled by Dhruwo Cabs due to no driver availability.
- Full or partial refund in case of service failure or significant inconvenience caused by Dhruwo Cabs or its partners.
- No refund if the customer cancels within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup without a valid reason.
- Refund Processing:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, wallet, etc.).
3. Important Points to Note
- Refund eligibility is subject to review by Dhruwo Cabs and may vary on a case-by-case basis.
- Promotional discounts and coupons used during booking are non-refundable.
- In case of disputes, Dhruwo Cabs’ decision will be final and binding.
- Service charges, if any, may not be refundable.
