We are not a transport company and do not own or operate any vehicles. Our role is simple yet powerful — to provide a digital bridge between people who need rides and those who offer them. Once a match is made between a customer and a partner, our contractual role ends.
What We Do
At Dhruwo Cabs, our goal is to make travel easy, accessible, and transparent for everyone.
We handle all the booking details through our platform — whether via phone, WhatsApp, or web — and ensure that the process is seamless for both the customer and the driver.
We also provide real-time support during the booking process, help resolve issues, and work continuously to enhance the safety and trust of both our customers and our driver partners.
What We Don’t Do
While we facilitate the connection between riders and drivers, Dhruwo Cabs does not own, lease, or control any vehicles.
We also do not employ the drivers or vehicle owners who use our platform. Each driver or partner operates as an independent service provider responsible for their vehicle, licenses, and conduct.
Because of this:
- Dhruwo Cabs cannot be held directly responsible for the condition, maintenance, or legality of any vehicle.
- We do not guarantee driver punctuality, driving behavior, route selection, or pricing beyond the information shared during booking.
- In case of accidents, property loss, delays, or personal disputes, Dhruwo Cabs acts as a facilitator for communication and support but cannot accept legal liability for such incidents.
